Day one.

Posted by Allison on November 1, 2008

I’ve started a 30 day challenge.  I’m doing a Bikram yoga class every day for the entire month of November.  I thought that Wednesday’s volleyball game was the breaking point but my wrist is fine .  There was an “incident” during rec league volleyball that will not be spoken of ever again.  But anywhoodooles….here’s how the challenge is going to work for me.  I bought myself some more yoga clothes so that I won’t have the “i forgot to do a load of laundry” excuse.  I signed up at the studio and there is a little poster with everyones name on it….which helps with the accountability factor.  I paid 99 bucks, but since I am on the unlimited auto renew program I only saved about 10 bucks.  But that’s not the point.  The point is that I want the amazing changes to my practise that I believe a 30 day challenge gives you.  The changes in flexibility, the loss of inches.  So I’m measuring today and I will not measure myself until December 1st. I may even hop on the scale but since I hate the scale I mights just skip that part.

Wish me luck.

Well, it’s 11/3 so I hope you’ve done 3 days of hot yoga already.
I want to get into some yoga soon too… maybe towards the new year.

You’ll have to help me with my yoga wardrobe! xxx

I AM done day three! It’s daunting so I just take it day by day. But the results are totally worth it….except Sunday when the room was 115!
