Zucchini bread is my new specialty.

I have never made zucchini bread in my life.  I’ve eaten it, but never made it.  My motto when it comes to cooking is “how hard can it be?” .  That usually only  holds true for cooking NOT baking because I SUCK at baking but with my free zucchini from the neighbour down the street I thought, what the hell.  I  found a recipe on allrecipes.com and went for it.

First step was to grate the zucchini.

Everything took about 5 minutes after the zucchini was grated.

All ready to go in the oven.

 

Out of the oven and cooling on the stove top!

 

Soooooo good.  I’m going to have to take a walk and tell my neighbour how perfect it was….hopefully she’ll give me another one!
