Forever A Cupid

Finding myself one blog post at a time.

Titleless Tuesday.

Posted by Allison on August 21, 2007

I’ve decided that alliteration is cool and fun and more entertaining than anything I could come up with for a title. So instead of racking my brain trying to come up with one I am coming up with an entire concept. Now on Tuesdays, NO TITLE….it’s revolutionary, it’s forward thinking, it’s new order (well not the band new order, which is old but New new order).

Geez, I got nothing.

N’s first sock is on the foot…ooo a pic….

I would like to finish them up soon as I’m already itchin’ to do the next pair. It’s a gift….for a girlfriend (mad rush as all my girlfriend’s that read the blog run out to buy me “just in case it’s me” present tee hee). Remember when you couldn’t call your friends GIRLfriends without feeling weird? I said I was picking up something for a girlfriend to a teenager working at Shopper’s yesterday…he blush and got all embarrassed. Dude thought I was gay! I WISH, geez, would I be shlepping around all these kids with no sense of inside voice wearing sweat pants and a stained shirt if I was GAY. Dude, my wife would do that….cause I roll like a knitta.

I used the term “girlfriend” the other night and a man who never got out of his twelve-year-old self spent the rest of the night insisting (rather stridently) that 1) I was gay and 2) he could change all that.

Men are too entrenched in the lesbian porn fantasy to ever hear the word “girlfriend” without losing all blood to their brains.

And nice use of “roll like a knitta.” TM AntiM Industries, 2007
