CALGARY!

Posted by Allison on December 1, 2006

I’m going to Calgary…..for 12 hours. I’m driving down there and back with Karen and Rox for a meeting of sorts. I’m not going to say what until MUCH later on. Here’s the prob. I don’t know what to take to knit. It’s a 3 hour or so drive and I don’t want to run out of knitting. That would suck.

I’m taking….

1. My SKB…..big shock but I’m worried that it takes a lot of thinking at the lace and I don’t want to be all nervous and screw it up.

2. My Christmas socks yarn….I had to run to the LYS to pick up new bamboos cause the sock pattern I’m taking called for 2.5’s and for the life of me I can’t find any…..

3. Cotton for hats….I’m thinking that mindless hat knitting might be called for so just in case I’m taking a big ass bolt of cotton I have in my stash and I’ll make hats for the girls if I can’t concentrate.

And a book…..in case Karen and Rox annoy me……especially Rox….she SAYS reads this blog but lately I’ve been referencing it, and she doesn’t know what I’m talking about so CLEARLY she’s been slacking off.
